Your plans will be reviewed in detail, from the wedding day timings to the supplier delivery and de-rig schedule. At this stage, we ensure that no stone is left unturned, so you be confident that your final plans will be bought together professionally.
Then, using our expertise, we’ll identify any areas of concern and help you implement a plan if any areas need to be
taken care of.
Following the planning meeting, we’ll draft a detailed briefing pack to be shared with your venue and supplier team. We will then liaise with them individually, confirming the final arrangements and answering any questions they may have.
From this point onwards, we will be the primary contact for your team and will take care of all the logistical arrangements so you can sit back, relax and look forward to your wedding!
Of course, we’ll work closely with you during this period to ensure you are always fully briefed and will be on hand to help if you have any questions or need additional support as your wedding day approaches.
We will then be with you on your wedding day to ensure your plans come together perfectly!
