Full Wedding Planning
This service is the whole shebang, the bells and whistles and the full-fat milk all rolled into one. Call it what you like, our most popular wedding planning option is designed for us to work with you from start to finish, covering everything and anything to help you plan the perfect celebration of L O V E!
Using our industry knowledge and experience, we’ll hunt down the perfect venue, hook you up with our carefully curated little black book of trusted suppliers, take care of the details large and small (as well as the boring stuff like admin – urgh!), save you time, stress and quite often, money!
Whilst our services are always tailored specifically to your requirements, as a general rule, you can expect:
- Complimentary consultation to discuss your ideas and wedding aspirations
- Finding your dream wedding venue
- Supplier sourcing & management including; photographer, videographer, caterer, florist, transport, hair and makeup, entertainment, stationery, lighting, decor & wedding garms!

- Contract & rates negotiation
- Budget planning & management
- Managing all aspects of the wedding administration
- Ceremony planning
- Invitation & guest list management
- Providing accommodation and local area information for guests
- Seating/table plan assistance

…and one more thing! We are accredited by the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners and adhere to a strict code of conduct. This means we have been certified as bloody good at our jobs but that also, as we do not accept commission payments, that our recommendations are all about you and the right fit for your wedding. Whilst we love what we do and have a lot of fun with our couples throughout the planning process, we do take your wedding very seriously, so you can be assured that we’re in your corner and we’ve got your backs!
For all of our wedding planning magic, you can expect to pay in the region of 12%-15% of your overall wedding budget (depending on the complexity and logistics of your wedding), and a minimum fee applies. Because we know weddings are expensive, we also offer affordable monthly payment plans to take the pressure off a little.

Partial Wedding Planning
Look – we totally get it. You started your wedding planning journey with the best of intentions, but what do you know, it’s trickier and more time consuming than you imagined – you’re not alone! Lots of our couples reach us once they have already started the planning process, but realise they would actually benefit from some professional support and guidance along the way.
Perfect for couples who have already booked their venue and sourced the majority of key suppliers, our partial planning service is designed for us to step in at a later stage in the planning journey to bring the existing arrangements together, fill in the gaps and help you create the wedding of your dreams.
Working with you in the same way as a full planning client, our team are here to share all of our wedding-y talents to get you back on track and raring to go for your big day!
Our partial planning service is charged at 10% of your overall budget and a minimum fee applies. We are happy to offer an affordable monthly payment plan to help with managing that ever-growing wedding budget – just ask us for details!
On The Day Coordination
We live and breathe weddings so understand exactly how much blood, sweat, occasional tears, hard work and cold hard cash goes into planning your perfect wedding. Working with you in the last couple of weeks before your big day (or weekend celebration) our team are on hand to help you pull the final details together so that you can relax, safe in the knowledge that the plans you have made will be implemented to perfection on your big day.
The first stage is to meet with your superstar wedding coordinator for a full handover meeting – this is where all of your arrangements, timings and suppliers will be discussed in detail so that we have a clear understanding of what your expectations are for the day and how you would like your plans to come together. Following the meeting, our next task is to confirm the plan with all of your suppliers and create a full itinerary for the duration of your wedding.
We are then with you for up to 10 hours on your wedding day (extra hours/days can be bolted on) to ensure your plans come together perfectly, meaning you can relax and not worry about what is happening behind the scenes. We will discretely handle anything unforeseen that occurs and give you the reassurance that all you need to do is have fun and cherish every moment of your amazing celebration. From meeting and directing your suppliers and ensuring the venue is laid out correctly, right through to helping grandad with his buttonhole, our team are there every step of the way to ensure you have the best day ever!
Our on the day coordination service is priced from £600 + mileage/travel costs.
Pay As You Plan
Our pay as you plan service is designed to give you complete flexibility, allowing you to delegate any wedding-related tasks that you would like help or support with. Our team are on hand to help with anything and everything wedding-related from sourcing suppliers, budget planning, helping you create your timeline for the day etc – whatever you need, we are happy to help! Our pay as you plan service is charged at an hourly rate of £35ph with all hours to be agreed and paid for in advance.
