Currently writing from the most beautiful, sunny garden in Norfolk – it’s amazing how the sunshine can warm the soul and put a big old smile on your face, isn’t it? Anyway, a bit of a minefield to explore today, but I wanted to write about this subject because it’s really important – what do wedding planners base their fees on?
As an East of England wedding planning business, we offer exceptional levels of client service – we’re flexible, responsive, and we do everything we humanly can to make the wedding planning experience easy, fun and stress-free. We undertake the bulk of the hard work, and we’re on hand, generally day and night to help you pull your wedding plans together, offering unlimited expert wedding planning advice and professional wedding planning support along the way.
Our minimum fee reflects several factors, including the tremendous amount of work and time we’ll put into planning your wedding. For example, under our full-service wedding planning option, we’ll likely use at least 150 hours of our time pulling your wedding plans together.
Our fees also reflect our vast experience, extensive knowledge, the wedding supplier and wedding venue relationships we’ve developed and the reputation we’ve earnt within the wedding industry over the years. You can be confident that when you hire us as your wedding planner, you’ll receive exceptional levels of client care and service, and don’t just take our word for it – check out some client testimonials here.
It’s also worth mentioning that as a Limited Company, we run our business as a commercial entity – we are a full-time, professional business which (sadly!) has a wide range of overheads. This means that unlike wedding planners who run their business as a hobby or a sideline business, we need to account for costs associated with running a professional wedding planning business. These costs include things like insurances, professional memberships, corporation tax, employee salaries, software subscriptions, marketing etc.
I’ll always acknowledge that there are cheaper wedding planners offering wedding planning services throughout London & the East of England (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge & Essex). However, I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “you get what you pay for” and this never rings truer than when hiring a wedding planner.
he simple truth is that an experienced, professional wedding planner will know their worth and will truly understand how much work goes into planning an amazing wedding for you. The best wedding planners in the UK are highly sought after by clients who understand the value that a top wedding planner will bring and because of this, they’ll be happy to pay the fees. At One Curious Dream, we’re incredibly lucky to be chosen as the wedding planner for so many lovely couples. I genuinely do believe that when you choose us, you can be confident that we’ll move mountains to deliver the wedding from your wildest dreams!
So, when considering wedding planners, keep in mind that fees aren’t everything! Please do your research, don’t be afraid to ask questions about your potential wedding planner’s experience and approach and also consider testimonials from past clients.
If you’d like to chat through your wedding planners with our team of professional wedding planners, we’d love to hear from you! You can drop us a line to email@example.com or call us on 0800 772 0765 or you can book a free, no-obligation wedding consultation here.
