You’ll receive a professionally structured wedding day timeline, full supplier liaison, on‑site management throughout setup and the celebration, and a dedicated point of contact who keeps everything moving with precision. I manage the flow of the day, support your venue and supplier team and ensure each element is delivered exactly as intended.

    • When should we book wedding coordination?

      Most couples secure coordination six to twelve months before their wedding. Booking early guarantees your date and gives you confidence that the final stages of your planning will be professionally directed. If your celebration is sooner, you can still check availability. 

    • What happens once we book?

      You know your date is secure. From four weeks out, I step in and take full responsibility for the final stages of your planning. I gather your supplier information, review your plans and begin shaping your wedding day schedule. Communication switches to me, suppliers receive clear direction and every detail is prepared for seamless delivery. You can focus on the build‑up while I take care of everything behind the scenes.

       
    • How involved are you on the day?

      I am the central point of direction on your wedding day. I oversee supplier arrivals, manage setup, guide the flow of the celebration and keep every element moving with purpose. I hold the full picture of your plans, which means your supplier team knows exactly where they need to be and what they need to deliver. I am the professional presence bringing everything together so you can enjoy the day without needing to manage a single detail.

       
    • How long do you stay?

      Coverage is tailored to your plans. Most couples choose full‑day coordination, from setup through to the first dance. Extended coverage is available if your celebration continues into the evening or runs across multiple days.

    • How about multi-day weddings?

      Yes. Multi‑day weddings benefit hugely from professional coordination because there are more moving parts, more suppliers and a wider flow of events to manage. I oversee the full experience, from setup through each planned moment, ensuring every part of your celebration runs with purpose and precision. I hold the complete picture of your plans, direct your supplier team and keep the momentum of the weekend on track so you can enjoy every moment without needing to manage a single detail.

       
    • Do you coordinate marquee and at‑home weddings?

      Yes. Marquee and at‑home weddings are some of the celebrations that benefit most from professional coordination. They often involve multiple suppliers, more complex logistics and bespoke setups. I manage the flow of the day, direct your supplier team and ensure every element comes together exactly as planned. You can enjoy the celebration while I take care of everything behind the scenes.

       
    • What are your payment terms?

      A fifty percent booking fee secures your date. The remaining fifty percent is due one month before your wedding. This structure gives you clarity from the start and ensures your coordination support is fully confirmed well ahead of your celebration.

    • Are you insured?

      Yes. One Curious Dream holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. This gives you complete peace of mind that your coordination support is professionally protected throughout your celebration.
