Planning a wedding takes time—on average, between 250 and 450 hours—so I intentionally limit the number of signature planning clients I work with each season. This ensures every couple receives the time, attention, and dedication their celebration deserves.

Most of my couples’ wedding budgets range from £60,000 to £250,000 and beyond, though I also craft intimate weddings and elopements with the same care and precision. Every aspect of your planning journey is focused on maximising impact while spending wisely, so your celebration feels extraordinary without compromise.

If, based on your vision, I feel your budget would be better directed straight into your wedding rather than planning fees, I will be completely upfront, because my priority is simple: your wedding should be exceptional, personal, and truly worth it.

I only take on clients where I can genuinely add value, ensuring your planning journey is stress-free, seamless, and as extraordinary as your celebration itself.

After our initial consultation, I’ll provide a tailored proposal based on the size, scope, and complexity of your wedding. Full-service planning typically ranges from 12–15% of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum fee applied, ensuring a high-touch, bespoke experience.

Transparency is key, you’ll always know exactly what to expect, with no hidden surprises. For larger budgets, fixed-fee options are also available and can be discussed during your consultation to find the perfect approach for your celebration.

To begin your wedding planning journey, a 25% retainer is required for all planning services. The remaining balance is then divided into equal, interest-free monthly payments, with the final installment due no later than 30 days before your wedding day.

For wedding coordination and styling services, a 50% payment is required upon booking, with the balance payable 30 days prior to the event.

I do not accept any commission or referral fees from wedding venues or suppliers.

My fees are fair and based solely on my skills, experience, and the specific services I provide for you—there’s no need for me to seek additional profit beyond that.

This means you can have complete confidence that every venue and supplier recommendation I make is genuinely in your best interest. Plus, any discounts or perks offered by my trusted partners are always passed directly on to you.
