As Jo Pyman wedding planner, I offer wedding planning, coordination and styling services, supporting couples at different stages of their journey. Wedding coordination is ideal if you’ve planned much of your day but want professional support to bring everything together seamlessly. I step in to understand your plans in depth, manage timelines, liaise with suppliers and ensure your wedding day unfolds exactly as it should. Styling is a key part of my work. This isn’t about over-designing or creating something that doesn’t feel like you. It’s about refining your ideas, creating cohesion, and making thoughtful choices that elevate your wedding visually while staying true to your story. Whether that’s a private home celebration, a marquee wedding, or a destination wedding abroad, I approach styling with intention, balance and care.
While I’m based in the UK, I work with couples across the globe. Many of my couples are planning destination weddings, weddings at family homes, or celebrations in locations that require careful logistical planning. Distance doesn’t change my approach — communication, preparation and trust are key. I work closely with you and your suppliers to ensure nothing is overlooked, no matter where in the world your wedding takes place. Experience is particularly important when planning weddings across borders, time zones and cultures, and I bring that experience to every wedding I work on.
